Rand Paul for The Spectator

The English publication, The Spectator, commissioned this portrait of the Tea Party candidate, Rand Paul the week of the elections. I'm including my sketches - I would have preferred that the editor select the sketch with the tea cup, but I suppose it wasn't necessary given the context of the article. I just like the composition a bit better. Anyway, I will be doing more work like this - the response to this illustration has been really good. Nice to try new things! Thanks to Peter for the assignment.
